1. Introduction
Welcome to Powerofmusic. By enrolling in our programs or using our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your relationship with Powerofmusic and outline the responsibilities of both parties.
2. Enrollment and Payments
2.1 Enrollment in any program is subject to availability and confirmation from Powerofmusic.
2.2 Payment for lessons and programs must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed upon.
2.3 Refunds are not available once lessons or programs have commenced, except in exceptional circumstances as determined by Powerofmusic.
2.4 Late payments may result in suspension of lessons until outstanding fees are settled.
2.5 All lesson packages must be used within one year from the date of purchase.
3. Lesson Policies
3.1 Lessons are conducted at the scheduled time and location agreed upon during enrollment.
3.2 Students must arrive on time for lessons. Any delay on the student’s part will not result in an extension of the lesson.
3.3 Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the lesson being forfeited.
3.4 Powerofmusic reserves the right to reschedule lessons due to unforeseen circumstances, such as teacher illness or unavailability.
3.5 Fixed-time students who take more than two leaves per term may have their lesson time rescheduled at the discretion of Powerofmusic.
4. Code of Conduct
4.1 Students and parents/guardians must treat instructors and other students with respect at all times.
4.2 Any form of disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of enrollment without a refund.
4.3 Powerofmusic reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who violates these terms.
5. Performance and Examinations
5.1 Participation in performances and examinations is encouraged but not mandatory.
5.2 Students who wish to sit for music examinations must adhere to the requirements set by the relevant examination body.
5.3 Additional fees may apply for exam registrations, accompanists, and performance rehearsals.
6. Liability and Responsibility
6.1 Powerofmusic and its instructors will not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during lessons, performances, or related activities.
6.2 Students and parents/guardians are responsible for personal belongings during lessons and events.
6.3 Any damage to Powerofmusic property caused by a student must be compensated by the student or their guardian.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
7.1 Powerofmusic collects and stores personal information for administrative and communication purposes.
7.2 Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
7.3 Powerofmusic may take photographs or videos during lessons and performances for promotional purposes. If you wish to opt out, please inform us in writing.
By enrolling in Powerofmusic programs or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
